What quality is your paper?

Our paper is Grade A and has been approved by major manufacturers such as Epson. Please note the Eco paper section for different quality rolls.

What is your delivery policy?

To all UK mainland destinations (excluding highlands and islands) shipping is absolutely free and delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm.

Scottish highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, channel and other islands = £13.00 (plus VAT) per 30KG

Ireland = £18.00 (plus VAT) per 30KG

30kg is approximately 4 boxes of our heaviest rolls but can be as much as 13 boxes depending on the actual product.

Do you deliver to other locations?

Yes we do, please call us for a quote.

When will I get my goods?

If ordered before 2pm you will receive your goods the next working day if you are located in the UK mainland.

Highlands and Islands 1-2 days

Ireland 3 days

What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged, simply return them to us and we will replace them. If you wish to return the goods for any other reason please return the goods, unopened and in the original packing, to us within 7 days and we will be happy to either replace the goods or offer you a refund.

What are Eco rolls?

Eco rolls are made with the entire tree unlike Grade A rolls and therefore are more environmentally friendly. They are off white in colour due to this process and have some small raised “bumps” throughout. Eco rolls are also cheaper than Grade A rolls making them more economical too.

Are Eco rolls right for me?

If you wish to let your customers know that you are doing all you can to save the environment and you do not mind slightly off white paper, then yes Eco rolls could be for you.  We recommend that you purchase one box to evaluate the Eco rolls before ordering in bulk.

What payment methods do you support & is it secure?

We take all major credit/debit cards and Paypal. We use a well known secure payments engine that is extremely secure and trusted world wide. Your purchase will show on your statement as Bluehare Group.

Do you do any other products or take requests?

If your requirement is roll related we would love to hear from you. For example we do:
